CAN THE PHONE WORK OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
Yes. It is unlocked to all networks that are GSM. Most overseas cell networks are GSM. Please check frequency compatibility before purchasing if you intend on using it in Canada. These Samsung's are not compatible with freedom mobile but compatible with all other Canadian networks and overseas.
CAN YOU USE WHATSAPP AND FACEBOOK ON IT?
Yes. Most of the phones are compatible with all social media applications. Older models may not all be compatible with newer applications like snapchat or tiktok but gain a lot do.
CAN YOU EXPAND THE MEMORY?
Yes/No. Depends on the phone. Note 5 Samsung, for example, does not have expandable storage. Many other phones, including Megas, can take SD cards.
HOW FAST WILL MY PRODUCT ARRIVE?
​1-3 business days within Canada to receive your order.
DO THEY COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes. 30 days to 180 days depends on the product.
DO YOU ACCEPT TRADE-INS?
Yes. We accept the trade-in value of traded phones, depending on the condition. We do not accept 1:1 trade, but we give you credit for your broken phone towards a phone of your choice. We do not accept trade-in as credit for phones or products already on sale.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?
We do accept a refund with in 3 days of your purchase at 35% restocking fee which could be more if phone is not in the same condition as purchased. No refund if there a damage on the phone. We may however buy back the broken phone at a determined value and either give you cash or credit towards another phone of your choice. Note however that the trade-in phone will be subject to inspection and testing to ensure the defect is not man-made. If it is man-made, you will be credited for your defective phone since the warranty does not cover it.
DO YOU BUY BROKEN PHONES?
No, but we give you credit for them.
ARE THESE TABLETS OR PHONES?
Some are phones. Some are pure tablets. Others are Phablets-phone tablets.
