WARRANTY

All  the phones come with at least 30 days factory warranty with receipt if you ordered on this site. If in person, warrant only comes with receipt  for those who paid the tax and got receipt expect second hand phones or partially defective returned phones AKA discounted phones. Warranty varies depending on supplier.  Some offer 30 days. Other offer 90 and 180 days respectively. Note: Warranty does not mean exchange or 1:1 trade. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to and from factory unless otherwise stated by supplier. Part can be shipped by supplier but customer pays out of pocket for installation. It is the responsibility of buyer to get a temporary phone while warranty claim is being process. Note also that we are not going to process your warranty claim immediately because you said so. Your claim must be accompanied by documentations  and will have to be verified for approval. warranty does not cover negligent or damages caused by customer. 
 

Refund process may take from an hour to 48hrs depending on claim. Some claim could be verified quickly and other could required expert's verification. We will contact you after the claim is verified and the cost of consultation will be deducted or claim rejected.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS: 
  • We offer a 3 days return policy. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 35%, unless the return is due to defect or seller error (defect would have to be confirmed upon receipt of the return). Returned products that are not complete (missing original packaging, accessories, documentation etc) can/will be subject to greater restocking fee’s. 

  • If the product has been used, please remove all user accounts, lock screen passwords/PIN numbers, and perform a factory reset before returning the product. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirement. Fraudulent or dishonest return, artificial defect(s), buyer remorse, or mispurchase returns will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been physically damaged by the customer, or if the product is not accompanied by the original retail packaging and accessories.

  •  We will not accept returns for mobile phones, tablets, computers that have been rooted, hacked, or if the device has an unofficial third party custom ROM/firmware installed.

  • If your shipment is damaged, you need to notify us the same day you receive the item. The damage must be documented including videos and pictures, and all packaging must be saved. A claim with the shipping company will be filed, and an inspection will need to be performed to determine the cause of damage. If the packaging is discarded, or if the customer does not cooperate with the inspection, the investigation will be closed. Once the investigation is complete, and if the shipping company approves the damage claim, we can proceed with a resolution.
